Shipping

Where do you ship?
United States only. We do not ship internationally.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping on all US orders.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship next day via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive in 3–7 days within the United States.

Returns

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Are returns free?
Yes. All returns are free — we’ll provide a return label after your return is approved. Contact us before shipping anything back.

How do I start a return?
Sign in to your customer account and request a return from your order (Shopify self-serve returns). Do not email to start a return.

Can I return sale items?
Yes — sale items follow the same 30-day unused return policy.

Warranty

What warranty do you offer?
Products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. We’ll repair or replace items we find defective. Normal wear, abuse, damage, rust/oxidation, or damage from unsuitable chemicals/cleaners is not covered.

Who pays warranty shipping?
Customer covers shipping both ways unless we tell you otherwise for a specific case.
